LOOKBOOKS: Christian Siriano Collection 37

Mae Jones celebrates designers that embrace diversity and inclusivity within their brands. Christian Siriano has always been one of those designers. As a designer, he's a champion for all women. When Leslie Jones couldn't find a designer to dress her for the red carpet, Christian stepped in! He's dressed Janelle Monae, Uzo Aduba, and Lizzo... just to name a few. And when New York needed him the most, he transformed his atelier and make PPE masks (800k and counting) for the essential workers on the front lines battling the Coronvirus.

Mae Jones has long be a fan of Christian and his work. We were so grateful to receive an invite to view his latest, Collection 37, as he closed out this season New York Fashion Week. Kelly Augustine, content producer and owner at August Ray, was our eyes and ears to the show.

Kelly Augustine, our special Mae Jones correspondent, was poolside in Christian's backyard to view his Collection 37. Christian noted that this collection was inspired by being home during the pandemic quarantine and watching films like the Wizard of Oz and Clueless. Something we can all relate to, huh? Couch surfing and binge watching!

Special guest included Billy Porter (who Kelly said was posted poolside looking like a work of art) and a special pregnancy reveal by model Coco Rocha.
